| Oris Barber's Commentary: "Hi, Scott. I'd like to send this one last photo (We at Roma Vera hope its not his last). It, too, has a story: I'm walking along the sidewalk at the foot of Palatine Hill, across from the Coleseum, and an artist is showing his oil paintings propped up against the wall. I notice his painting of Coleseum. I pause, snap a photo that I think will not likely be any good. This is the result, after some cropping. I suppose I stole his work but would be happy to give him credit if I knew his name. I didn't expect much at all of the photo, but it has turned out to be one of my favorites from my trip a few months ago (Spring, 2002). I have it hanging in an antique frame.
